Sorry Ma Tattoo is not just a creative space, it is a true community hub in Dublin. We had the absolute pleasure of filming their recent charity event, which brought together incredible artists and clients for a brilliant cause. The energy in the Kimmage studio was electric as people lined up all day to get flash art and support the fundraiser.

Filming a Fast Paced Reel 

For this specific project, we needed to produce a high energy reel that captured the sheer volume of activity and the great vibes in the shop. We focused on quick, dynamic camera movements to show the artists hard at work, the steady buzz of the tattoo machines, and the welcoming atmosphere among the clients. By utilizing tight close ups on the intricate needlework and wider shots of the bustling studio floor, we were able to convey the true spirit of the busy day.

Visual Storytelling in Action 

Short form video is the perfect medium for this kind of fast moving event. We matched the rapid pace of the day with an upbeat editing style and a great track, ensuring the final reel felt as lively and positive as the event itself.
